|Main Tips|
- Try out intermittent fasting. For example eat for 12 hours and don’t eat for the ither 12 hours. You can change it up though.
- At least one fast day a week would help you get rid of water weight.
- Drink at least 2L of water every day. It helps with literally everything.
- Put fruits in your water to make it tastier.
- Know the calories of everything you put in your body and count them.
- Do at least 10 minutes of exercise every day. It isn’t much and still helps you lose weight and gain muscle.
- Walk every day. At least 25 minutes.
- Go to the gym if possible. It helps a TON.
- Have at least 3 hour gap between every meal.
- JUST DRINK THAT WATER GOD DAMN IT.
- If you are at a plateau increase your calories. That will help with the plateau.
- B6 and B12 helps with metabolism.
- Drink a glass of water every hour.
- Fidget while you sit, at least it’s better than sitting still.
- Film yourself while you eat and watch that over and over.
|Binge Tips|
- Make yourself a realistic calorie limit. Some people can do with 200 calories. Some people have to have 600. Learn your limit and be efficient with it.
- When you feel like binging call a friend and talk to them for some time, or message a mutual on here and let them distract you.
- Read fanfics on tumblr. When I read them I forget about everything else lol.
- Cook something that takes a lot of time and that is healthy. That way your urges will probably be gone and you can have a healthy meal, or give to someone else idk.
- If you really can’t stop it, binge on veggies, fruit.
- Start a new tv show\anime\cartoon.
- Take a nap.
- Do homework.
- Draw.
- Get yourself out of your house. Go to a park,shopping centre, or just take a walk.
- Play sims literally my favorite tip lol.
|After a Binge|
- Please don’t purge. I know we all get the urge to but just don’t. Exercise instead.
- If you do decide to purge don’t purge in a bag in your room. Do it in the toilet or the shower.
- Brush your teeth and chew gum.
- Make yourself a tea.
- You can do better tomorrow, one binge is not going to kill you. You have binged before and you kept going so just keep going.
- Don’t weigh yourself after a binge it will just destroy your mood.
- Take a walk, keep moving.
- Take a bath if you can.
|Weigh In Time|
- Take off your clothes
- Weigh yourself in the mornings after you go to the toilet.
- Never weigh yourself after a binge or after you have eaten.
- Don’t be discouraged if the number isn’t what you thought, you’ll get there.
|Fasting Tips|
- Always have water, gum and mints with you.
- Black coffee is a lifesaver if you get super hungry.
- Tea helps you calm down and prevent binges.
- Water. Do I even need to say anything else?
- Distract yourself in every way possible

- Give yorself a reward after every binge. Ex. : After this 24 hour fast I will buy myself a new hoodie! It doesn’t really work for me but I’m sure it will work for some of you.
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT TIP OF ALL
- Just get fucking help. If you can, in any way possible just tell someone. Tell your parents, friends, significant other, teachers, cousins, aunt, uncle, your therapist, even a fucking stranger and just ask them to help you. This is the best thing you can do to yourself. I know you feel like you don’t deserve it or that you haven’t lost enough weight but that doesn’t matter because YOU desrve to recover and be happy and eat and not over exercise and not feel bad while eating one fucking grape. Just ask for hep if you can. And if you can’t just message someone on here and at least talk to them about any of your problems. This community is literally one of the sweetest and everyone will be willing to help you, I promise <3
